After being stripped from their rights in the wake of the Kabul incident, Afghan women fled everywhere, looking for an opportunity to live, work and keep growing. Some left alone, some with their children, or other relatives, but the one thing they all have in common is their strength.

Join us in meeting Paula Llamas, Anusha Majidi, Hamida Andisha and Zainab Atayee, four strong Afghan women with very inspiring stories.

In this event they will share with us how they have risen against adversity and embarked on new, unknown and somewhat frightening paths. They will talk about their experiences leaving their home country and arriving in Spain, the challenges they have faced ever since their arrival, and those that come from navigating a foreign country.

This event will serve to inspire us, while commemorating their unwavering determination and remarkable resilience.
