Welcome to our first Muay Thai Classes At IE

What is muay thai 

Muay Thai is a combat sport and martial art from Thailand, often called “the art of eight limbs.” That’s because it uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins, turning the whole body into a powerful, efficient weapon.

IMPORTANT: We recomend that students bring their own equimpent: Boxing wraps, Boxing glvoes (12oz-16oz) and shinguards (optional)
