Led by an IE International MBA alum and Principal Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft Elevate, this session will draw on Microsoft's experience as "Customer Zero" for AI transformation, insights from the 2026 Work Trend Index, and lessons learned from organizations navigating an increasingly agentic future.

Together, we'll explore how AI is changing the nature of work, why human agency becomes even more valuable as technology advances, and the skills that will matter most in an AI-enabled world. You'll also get an inside look at Microsoft's own AI transformation—from how employees are using AI in their day-to-day work to the broader lessons around leadership, culture, adoption, and organizational change.
