Are you fearful of your friend’s wellbeing and don’t know what to do?
Do you feel awkward when a friend shares their difficulties?

Attend this workshop to learn how to help a friend in need without compromising your own mental health. 

In this workshop you will acquire skills for life and work:
  • How to approach someone you care about
  • How to respond to someone in need
  • How to care of yourself while taking care of others

You will get a certificate that states you attended training where you gained the above skills.

Inés is a licensed psychologist and IE University alumna, with a background in systemic therapy and a deep passion for supporting students through life’s messier moments.
