Join us for an open and honest conversation about the unique challenges men face when it comes to mental health. Societal expectations and outdated norms often make it hard for men to show vulnerability or seek help—but it’s time to change that.
Through real stories and expert insights, we’ll dive into how to foster healthier conversations, build resilience, and challenge the stigma around men’s mental health.

José is a second-year Business Administration student at IE University, he is also the co-founder of FOOTBALL4iMPACT.
It is a Geneva-based charity dedicated to teaching teenagers life skills through football.By combining the sport with activities such as mental health workshops and coaching sessions, the organization aims to foster friendships among teenagers from diverse countries and backgrounds, while imparting essential life skills linked to football, including coaching, mental health, data analytics, and finance management.

Gonzalo is a psychologist and well-being & mental health advocate. He currently manages transversal research projects at IE's Center for Health & Well-being and facilitates workshops on positive psychology and mindfulness to promote a more conscious and purposeful community.
He has led the creation of 2 initiatives to reduce mental health stigma in K-12 schools and universities, sharing his own story of mental health challenges. He is currently pursuing his master's in clinical psychology. He strives to walk-the-talk in his daily practice, periodic silence retreats and in the real test, everyday life.

Taiki Kubota
Director of Counseling Department
IE University
Taiki Kubota is the co-founder and director of IE University’s Counseling Department, operating under the Office of the Vice-Rector of Student Affairs. Alongside his strategic and executive responsibilities, Taiki is an active member of the guidance counseling team, providing regular one-on-one support to students. He deeply values the privilege and immense responsibility of being entrusted with glimpses into students’ lives.
Taiki holds a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from a U.S. institution and has trained and worked as a life and executive coach in Spain. He is currently pursuing licensure as a psychotherapist.
