We often talk about mental health, but depression still remains one of the most misunderstood and silenced experiences. In this interactive and informative workshop, we’ll explore what depression really is (and what it isn’t), how to recognize it in ourselves or others, and how to reach out or offer support without fear.
Whether you’ve struggled yourself, want to support a friend, or are simply curious to understand more — this session offers a safe space to listen, reflect, and speak up.
🔹 Understand common signs of depression
🔹 Break myths and reduce stigma
🔹 Learn how to help someone who might be struggling
🔹 Discover support resources available to you
Let’s talk about it. You’re not alone.
