Details
Not sure how to start moving again? Feeling unmotivated, stuck, or unsure what’s even driving you to exercise in the first place?
This reflective, interactive workshop is for you.
In this session, we won’t tell you what your goals should be. Instead, we’ll guide you to define your own — based on your needs, values, and lifestyle. You’ll explore why you want to exercise, what’s getting in the way, and how to build a plan that actually works for you. You’ll leave with a personal PDF “motivation map” to help you reconnect with your goals anytime you feel off track.
This workshop is especially designed for students who:
-
Want to start or restart exercising after a long pause
-
Often feel like exercise is something they “should” do, but haven’t found a rhythm that sticks
-
Get stuck comparing themselves to others or feel discouraged by barriers like time, fatigue, or not feeling "sporty enough"
✨ What to expect:
-
Light guided movement (optional and low-pressure)
-
Supportive discussions about real reasons we move
-
Space to explore goals beyond aesthetics or performance
-
Tools to create a flexible plan that respects your time, energy, and barriers
📝 You’ll leave with:
-
A personal reflection toolkit to revisit your motivation when you feel stuck
-
A clearer idea of what kind of movement works for you and why
