Ever felt like you're replaying family patterns without realizing it?

This interactive workshop is about uncovering how our family systems—roles, expectations, and unwritten rules—shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Whether you're super close to your family or more distant, we all carry something from the systems we grew up in.

In this session, we'll explore:

  • What a family system actually is

  • How different life stages impact family dynamics

  • Common roles we take on (and why they stick)

  • What it means to "differentiate" and build your own path

Come ready to reflect, connect, and leave with tools to better understand your story—and maybe rewrite parts of it.

💭 Open to all students curious about personal growth, relationships, or just understanding their family a bit better.
