Love is one of the most profound emotions known to human beings. While the need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. It’s human nature to seek contact and relationships, to seek love, support, and comfort in others. In fact, according to research, the ‘need to belong’ is one of the main forces that drives individuals.
But when thinking about relationships some questions may arise:

  • What are attachment styles and how do they affect our relationships?
  • Have you noticed repeating patterns in your love life?
  • What should a healthy relationship look like?
  • What are red flags?
  • What is affective responsibility?
In honor of the IE World Mental Health Days, we want to shed light on The Psychology of Dating and Relationships. We will be giving an answer to these questions and many more. Please join the conversation!
