Social media is a huge part of our lives. We can do everything on social media, connect with friends, fall in love, buy clothes, network, and find jobs. However, research increasingly shows the risks of excessive use of social media in our mental and physical health. In honor of the IE Mental Health Days join us to explore what the risks of social media are, and how to best manage those.
