This event explores the emotional challenges that often accompany migration, including identity shifts, cultural adaptation, and feelings of disconnection.

Through personal stories, expert insights, and practical strategies, we’ll unpack the silent suitcase that migrants carry and foster a supportive space for resilience, growth, and connection in new environments.
