Salem Al Jawini - Co-founder and CSO

Salem Aljawini is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and fintech executive with over 15 years of experience spanning corporate finance, strategy and entrepreneurship. He started his career at PwC and HSBC(SABB), where he developed deep expertise in financial services and capital markets, before earning his MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.

He later founded VC-backed startups and invested in high-growth companies across multiple sectors and markets, blending institutional discipline with hands-on entrepreneurial experience.

Today, he serves as Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer at Tarmeez Capital, one of the region's leading fintech companies redefining how businesses access capital. With more than USD 1 billion (SAR 3.75 billion) in facilitated financing across diverse sectors, Tarmeez is reshaping the debt market landscape and expanding the boundaries of what's possible for companies across Saudi Arabia. 

Khalid Al Olayan - Head of Data & AI

Khalid Alolayan brings over 9 years of experience at the intersection of technology, data, AI, and business growth, with a track record of turning complex problems into scalable products across EdTech, logistics, and Fintech.

He spearheaded Data Science at Jahez — one of Saudi Arabia's first unicorns and the region's leading food delivery platform — where he led high-impact AI projects in one of the fastest-scaling environments the Kingdom has seen. Before that, he led AI initiatives at Cambly, a Silicon Valley startup delivering online English education to tens of millions of learners worldwide. Today, as Head of Data & AI at Tarmeez Capital, he is shaping how AI is applied to financial services in Saudi Arabia
