Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB Group) - Winter Internship Program | Global Impact Tuesdays

Join us for an online career session with the Inter American Development Bank Group (IDB) Talent Acquisition team to present their Winter Internship Programme and other career opportunities. Open to both bachelor's and master's students.

The session will be led by Kayanna Parson Sinclair, Senior Human Resources Associate, and Bruno Miguel Taborga, Global Talent Partnerships Associate within the Human Capital Management team, who will outline how the internship works, the profiles the Bank looks for, and the different entry points into the organization..

Winter Internship Programme:

• IDB Group's paid internships provide opportunities at the IDB, IDB Invest, and IDB Lab.

• You’ll be working on-site at IDB Headquarters in Washington DC during this program, with the occasional flexibility of teleworking.
• During 2 months of hands-on experience, you will be part of teams providing operating and corporate solutions to clients from the public and private sectors.
• Requirements: 
  • Be a citizen of any of our 48 member countries. Positions at IDB Invest do not have citizenship restrictions​.
  • Be an active undergraduate (at least in the second year) or graduate student (with at least 50% of coursework completed)
  • Be able to able to work on-site, full-time (40 hours per week) between 16-January-2027 to 15-March-2027
  • You must not have relatives working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
  • This must be your first job at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
• Application process:
  • Screening: HR reviews applications for basic qualifications and document compliance.
  • Interviews: Selected candidates complete preliminary phone chats followed by technical or behavioral panel interviews with hiring managers, sometimes conducted in both English and another official language like Spanish.
