Join us for an online career session with the World Bank Group's Human Resources team to present the Fall/Winter Pioneers Program, their premier internship program offering undergraduate and postgraduate students structured learning and practical experience.

The session will cover the WBG Pioneers program’s structure, eligibility requirements, application process, and what candidates can expect if selected. It will also include practical advice directly from recruiters at the World Bank Group on how to prepare a strong application.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Education: Final year Undergraduate student, or students currently purusing a master's degree or PhD.
  • Work Experience: Between 0 and 6 years of professional working experience
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; fluency in other languages preferred.
  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of a WBG member country
  • Values: Strong commitment to WBG’s mission and values

Recruitment Timeline:

  • Applications: July-August 2026.
  • Longlist: Full applicant list is reviewed in August 2026.
  • Assessment: August 2026.
  • Interviews: September 2026.
  • Final Selection Notification: October 2026.
  • Start Date: October 2026.
