IGO Day, IE University’s long-standing multi-agency career fair, is one of the most impactful talent events on campus. Each year, numerous multilateral organizations visit us to meet students, share professional opportunities, provide recruitment insights, and engage in dynamic networking sessions. It is a powerful platform for connection, enabling employers to engage directly with top talent and offering students like you invaluable exposure to the recruitment landscape of global institutions.

This year, IGO Day will be held in conjunction with the Career Development Roundtable (CDR), the largest human talent event on the multilateral calendar. Now in its 21st edition, the CDR will take place at the IE Tower and is expected to attract over 400 high-level participants from international organizations around the world. The CDR’s core objective is to strengthen the strategic positioning and management of Human Resources within Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs), fostering a global network to share best practices, innovations, policies, and insights tailored to the sector.
