The Young Corporate Program is an innovative initiative that offers ambitious IEU students a tailor-made professional experience within a unique company spanning several periods of their bachelor's studies.* The goal of the YCP is to identify, encourage, and develop talent among students within the corporate framework.

*After the first year, the following phases are competitive, where only selected students will be chosen to continue.

TARGET

Students in their 1st year (single degrees) and 2nd year (dual degrees) are eligible to apply. The program lasts several years; see the timeline below.

ACTIVITIES

Different activities within a company: Company Insight, Mentoring, Shadowing, Internships, and Final Thesis.

DURATION

This is a 4-year program. Some companies might adjust their timeline depending on their needs.

Applications Open (students must apply in their 1st year single degrees and 2nd year dual degrees)

Company Insight Day (Spring or Fall)

Mentoring (October until the end of the program) Periodic virtual meetings

Shadowing (2/5 days)

Summer Internship

Internship Extension (September to December)
