The Program

The Young Corporate Program by IE Talent & Careers is an innovative program that offers ambitious IEU students a tailor-made professional experience within a unique company that spans during several periods of their bachelor's studies.* The goal of the YCP is to identify, encourage and develop talent among students within the corporate framework.

*After the first year, the following phases are competitive, where only selected students will be chosen to continue.

TARGET

Students must apply in their 1st year single degrees and 2nd year dual degrees. The program lasts various years, see the timeline below.

ACTIVITIES

Different activites within a company: Company Insight, Mentoring, Shadowing, Internships and Final Thesis.

DURATION

It's a 4-year program. Some companies might change their timeline depending on their needs.

Timeline

Year 1

1st Semester: Applications Open

(students must apply in their 1st year single degrees and 2nd year dual degrees)

2nd Semester: Company Insight Day (Spring or Fall)

Year 2

1st Semester: Mentoring (October until the end of the program) Periodic virtual meetings

2nd Semester: Shadowing ( 2/5 days )

Year 3

2nd Semester: Summer Internship

Year 4

1st Semester: Internship Extension (September to December)

2nd Semester: Final Thesis (January to May)
