Details
A week-long competition to develop a strategic development plan for vulnerable communities in Madrid to tackle food insecurity, be it food deserts or nutrient poverty. It must consider the needs and limitations of the community, including spatial, environmental, economic, and social factors.
The winning project has the opportunity to get €500 for the team in voucher. All participants will receive a recognition certificate and participation merchandise gift.
If you want to participate you must form a team of 3 to 6 people, but do not worry if you don’t have one we will match you with a team. Students are highly encouraged to build teams with diversity in mind: different bachelors, different masters, different campuses (eg, 2 Master students, 2 Madrid bachelors, 2 Segovia bachelors, etc).
