Join The Lighthouse Impact: Share what inspires you, an event where IE will turn into a lighthouse for literature and arts. This event is framed in Madrid’s citywide celebration of the World Book Day.

During this event, renowned international leader and author, Rohini Anand, guest speaker of the humanities’ course entitled Feminism literature and business joined by Celia de Anca, Director of the Center for Diversity in Global Management and Sebastián Molina Cánovas, Spain L&D Director, Sodexo Iberia, will engage in a conversation with students and other participants. Following the publication of Rohini Anand’s latest book "Leading Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion", they will discuss the implementation of diversity within multinational companies.

IE University will also host an Open Mic session for anyone who would like to participate and share anything that inspires them: a person, a poem, a song, a dance, a story, or anything that sheds light on their life. Participants will enlighten and inspire others through their stories.

Students from different clubs such as the IE Creative Writing Club, IE Book Club, Women & Allies, among others, will be actively participating.

The session will be enlivened by live piano music played by a member of the IE Music Club, Vladimir Monakhov.

Participants will have the chance to participate in a raffle while enjoying some snacks and drinks following the Open Mic session.

This event is part of "La noche de los libros", an intiative powered by the Community of Madrid, where more than 150 institutions, 130 libraries and 100 book shops come together during a night where literature takes front stage.
