Javier Fernández Aguado ha sido catedrático en la Escuela de Negocios de Navarra y dirigió la Cátedra de Management de Fundación la Caixa en IE Business School. Tras años de trabajo como alto directivo y empresario, en la actualidad es presidente del grupo Mindvalue y director de investigación en EUCIM. Pensador y speaker, es considerado uno de los mayores expertos contemporáneos en Gobierno de personas y organizaciones, y de los más solicitados a nivel internacional.

Además, Javier es autor de más de sesenta libros. Gracias a su prolífica carrera académica y literaria se ha consolidado como uno de los grandes pensadores de nuestro país y un intelectual de referencia internacional.

I am an education professional with 15+ years of experience in teaching and management in higher education in the US and Spain. I try to guide my students in their life-long learning journeys by providing them with analytical and critical frameworks to think about themselves and the world that surrounds them.

I currently serve as the academic head of Arts and Humanities at IE University in Madrid, Spain, where I work on helping undergrad and graduate students develop a humanistic mindset that will make them more complex thinkers and thus better professionals. I design and implement humanities-related courses and activities throughout all the university's educational programs and outreach initiatives.
