This workshop series offers faculty across Academic Areas practical, hands-on sessions covering AI fundamentals, tools, and real-world applications in teaching and research on discipline-specific use cases.
Speakers

Pablo Sanguinetti Fernández-Ordóñez
Pablo is a researcher and author focused on addressing technology from humanistic perspectives. He holds a degree in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature, with postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Programming. He is currently pursuing a PhD on narratives about artificial intelligence. Pablo worked at Google as part of the Google News Initiative, an innovation program for the press industry, through which he delivered more than a hundred talks and classes at leading universities and media outlets in Spain and Portugal. As a journalist, he was a correspondent for the German agency DPA in Berlin and Madrid, as well as a contributor to various media and member of the Observatory of the Ethical and Social Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Spain (OdiseIA).. He is the author of the essay Tecnohumanismo. Por un diseño narrativo y estético de la inteligencia artificial and of two other short story books.
