Details

A practical session on how to translate IE’s AI-enhanced case pilots into repeatable classroom practices—such as pre-class scaffolding, multi-perspective prompts, Socratic guardrails, artifacts that make thinking visible, and role-play that increases engagement. We will also introduce IE’s Interactive Case Study tool and discuss how to assemble practice bundles across the learning cycle (pre-class → in-class → post-class) to support consistent implementation at scale.

Casimiro Juanes

Casimiro Juanes, an adjunct professor at IE Business School, has over 10 years of experience teaching Digital Innovation and Digital Transformation in various MBA and specialized programs. With a 25-year career at Ericsson, he is now the Head of Learning and Development in the Cloud Software and Services unit, overseeing significant digital and business transformations. His work focuses on integrating digital technology, strategy, and operations, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive decision-making in today's digitally disrupted industries. Juanes is recognized for his expertise in digital innovation, IT management, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Martina Pasquini

Martina Pasquini is the director of Learning Innovation at IE. She holds a PhD from Bocconi University and is Associate Professor of Strategy at IE University, specialising in strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship with a focus on social impact and shared value creation. 

Her EU- and government-funded research explores identity-based strategies, pro-social investment and sustainability, and she publishes in leading international journals while actively contributing to the global academic community.

Marco Giarratana

Marco Giarratana holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy. He was assistant and associate professor at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2003 – 2010), and associate and full professor at Bocconi University in Milan (2011 – 2016). His main research interests focus on the role of trademarks and patents, resource synergies and redeployment, and sustainability strategies.

Prof. Giarratana is currently serving as Vicerector of Scientific Knowledge and Impact.
