Our session "Generative AI: Strategies for Navigating Uncharted Futures" delves into the strategic adoption of AI in organizations. While there's a surge in AI capabilities and tools, a gap exists in understanding their application for meaningful business impact, especially in the mid to long-term. This session will explore the paradigm shifts AI is likely to bring and tactical adoption strategies. We will examine real-world case studies to discuss AI adoption, its uncertainties, and open questions, with a focus on strategic recommendations.
