IE FUN FOOTBALL LEAGUE 🌟🏆

👥 Format:

• 8 teams of 15 players.
• Games will be 8 vs 8, with subs taking place throughout the game.

• Teams will engage in a league format throughout the semester, with a total of 28 matchdays. Each team is scheduled to play one game every other week, resulting in a total of 7 games per team for the duration of the league.

• Top 4 teams will qualify for the semifinals, with 1st seed playing for 4th seed and 2nd and 3rd seed playing each other. The winner of the semifinals will meet in the final to decide who will win the inaugural IE Fun Football League. 

💰 Registration:

• Price: €10 per player.

• Registration on IE Connect is mandatory and is only validated upon receipt of payment to Club Officer through Bizum.

• Payments contribute to prize pool, club equipment, and medals/trophies.

📆 When:

• Kick-off on February 2nd at 8:30-10 PM.

• Matches every Friday, with teams playing a game every other Friday throughout the semester. Four games will be played every Friday. 

• The Final matchday will be matchday 28 on March 15th.

• The Semifinals will be held on March 29th.

• The Final will take place April 5th.

📖Rulebook:.

• Games will start at the scheduled time, if players are late a maximum of 5 minutes will be given to wait, when those 5 minutes are up even if a team lacks players, the match must commence. NO EXCEPTIONS

• Player substitutions are unlimited but should be communicated to the referee.

• We have a zero fighting policy, sanctions will be applied to all parties involved (point deduction, red cards, expulsion from league for player or team …)

• If a player receives a red card (either two yellow cards or a direct red card), a minimum sanction of a 1-game suspension will apply.

• If a player accumulates 2 yellow cards consecutively in two games, they will miss the following game.
