Alba Zamora, C. A. Todorova, Eva Mayro, and Alicia Guelvenzu, leading authors in romantic fantasy and widely read by thousands of young readers, will discuss the rise of gothic romance and imaginary worlds as new spaces for emotional exploration, where superficiality is left behind in search of the beauty found in delicacy and depth.
A conversation about heroines, emotional wounds, desire, reading communities, and the contemporary need to create new myths of our own.
At the end of the event, the authors will sign copies of their books.

Alba Zamora (Madrid, 2001) is a young adult fiction author who combines writing with her medical studies and her TikTok channel, where she shares her passion for books and her dreams with nearly 200,000 followers. As a writer, Zamora became known through the successful Hiraia Chronicles trilogy, made up of Forbidden Destiny, Captive Promises, and An Ephemeral Universe, and she is coming to the XV Celsius232 festival to talk about her most recent novel, Dark Is the Flame.

Cristina Almagro Todorova (Madrid, 1997) is a young creator who brings together two great passions: literature and drawing. Born to a Spanish father and a Bulgarian mother, she has always maintained a close relationship with her Bulgarian family, traveling frequently to the country. In fact, part of the mythical world reflected in her novels comes from the fusion of the traditional cultures of both countries.
