Shopping at the market is challenging. Beyond fresh and seasonal products, the shelves are overflowing with processed and ultra-processed products that for years have been associated with poorer health indicators. Recently, some studies have been published highlighting the different influence that these products can have on our health. Not all processed and ultra-processed products seem to be the same.  In this session we will discuss how to handle these products with the aim of facilitating the decision making process at the time of purchase.
