108 Sun Salutations to Welcome the Fall

As the season changes, we would like to invite the IE Community, from seasoned to beginner yogis, to the 11th edition of 108 Sun Salutations.

108 is considered a sacred number in Dharmic religions (Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism) and symbolizes universal love, eternity and awakening. 
The fall equinox indicates a moment of stillness before the Earth shifts directions, so it's considered a sacred day of equal parts light and dark, facing outward as well as turning inward, and allowing our past and future to merge in the present. So let's be present and set our intentions for the new season coming.

Please bring your own mat, since we're practicing at the Castellana Garden of the IE Tower.
