Details
As part of IE’s Earth Month celebrations, we invite you to a special session led by Professor Shane O'Connor at the Segovia Campus.
In this reflective and experiential session, we will explore the deep connection between mind, body, purpose, and nature. Together, we’ll engage in indigenous breathing practices, grounding techniques, and gratitude exercises—all designed to help us reconnect with the Earth and reflect on the principle of reciprocity.
Rooted in the values of empathy and compassion, this session invites us to consider our relationship with the planet and all living beings. Drawing inspiration from the Golden Rule—a universal principle found across spiritual traditions and secular communities—we’ll reflect on how caring for the Earth is ultimately caring for ourselves.
Join us for a moment of pause, connection, and appreciation for the world that sustains us.
