The IE University Responsible Tech Salon is an event series for the IE community that tackles the personal, professional, and policy challenges of disruptive technologies.
This session is hosted by IE University’s UNESCO Chair in AI Ethics & Governance in partnership with the Center for Health & Well-being and the School of Humanities.

Iliana Grosse-Buening is an entrepreneur, author, speaker and Adjunct Professor at IE with over a decade of experience across multinationals, NGOs, and startups in Kenya, China, the UK, Australia, and Germany. She founded Quiet Social Club in 2021 to promote individual, organisational and societal well-being in the digital age. Iliana is an active keynote speaker and lecturer on the topics of Digital Wellbeing and AI Ethics, having spoken at University of Cambridge, London School of Economics, the 2024 Future of Digital Well-being Summit, Navigator AI Festival, the 2023 Digital Ethics Summit, among others. She is an Affiliate to the IE UNESCO Chair for AI Ethics & Governance and serves as an advisor to various charities and organisations on digital well-being, digital ethics, and responsible innovation.
