This session will allow participants to define and understand financial well-being through its four core components—savings, insurance, investing, and debt—and explore how these elements shape present and future lifestyle goals. Participants will delve into actionable strategies drawn from groundbreaking behavioral economics interventions and innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI). By the end of this session, students will be equipped with practical tools and insights to take control of their financial health and make informed decisions to secure a more stable and fulfilling future.

Adrian Salinas is a Behavioral and Innovation Consultant at Novaster, a leading international consultancy in financial wellbeing. His past experiences include working with more than 20 startups as an independent consultant, internships in talent management, and assistance in academic research in social psychology. He is currently earning a certification as a European Financial Advisor at the Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles (IEB) and is Behavioral and Social Sciences Alumni from IE University.
