Join our weekly mindfulness practices! They're open to students, faculty and staff. 
This is an invitation to take a mental break, regain balance, and learn how to use mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present moment and manage stress.

Schedule: 
There will be sessions weekly happening on every campus.
