Details

108 Sun Salutations is a yoga tradition often practiced during moments of seasonal transition. Through the repetition of a simple sequence linked with the breath, participants are invited to cultivate focus, endurance, mindfulness, and reflection.
The practice offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and challenge both body and mind in a supportive community environment. It is not about perfection or completing every repetition, but about moving with awareness and intention.
No previous experience is required. Participants are encouraged to adapt the practice to their own level, take breaks when needed, and engage in a way that feels right for them.

108 Sun Salutations to Welcome the Summer

Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a tradition often used to welcome the summer solstice and mark the transition into a new season with intention and energy. Through repetition, breath, and movement, the practice becomes both a physical and mental challenge, helping build stamina, focus, and resilience while encouraging participants to move beyond their usual limits in a supportive community environment.
The experience is not about perfection or speed, but about presence, consistency, and shared energy. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks when needed, and approach the practice at their own pace.
