This interactive workshop will guide you in creating your own personalised nutrition plan to support energy and focus throughout university life. Together, we will:

  • Understand the basics of nutrition and how nutrients fuel your body and mind
  • Explore key body systems like circadian rhythm, blood sugar regulation, and neurotransmitters
  • Identify root causes behind low energy and discover targeted, science-based strategies
  • Use behavioural science models (like COM-B) to overcome personal barrierS & Learn how to build lasting, realistic nutrition habits
  • Adapt to Spanish meal plans and build a practical, healthy grocery list

You’ll walk away with the knowledge and tools to enhance your energy and wellbeing with strategies tailored to your body and lifestyle.

Founder

NOATRITION

Noa Benzadon is a certified Nutritional Therapist and Behavioural Change Specialist, with an MSc in Behaviour Change from UCL and a BSc in Psychology from IE University. She helps busy students and professionals optimise energy, sleep, and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition plans. Through her platform NOATRITION, Noa runs corporate workshops, mini-retreats, and consulting projects. She also brings experience from health-focused behaviour change strategy consultancy, with a focus on medication adherence, supplementation, and preventative communication campaigns.
