Happiness Week 2024

Join us to close Happiness Week with an Outdoors Masterclass, combining HIIT + Ciclo.
The class will be divided in two groups, one group will be doing HIIT while the other is spinning, and then they'll change activities, for a complete workout experience. 

A day to Celebrate our Accomplishments & Community.
Join us for food, drinks, music, and games (corn hole, jenga, spike bowl, etc.) at the María de Molina patio.
We will close with a concert by the IE Music Club and a Raffle with Prizes by Lululemon, The Garden, IE Editorial, and more!

Conquer new heights and join us for the 3rd edition of the IE Vertical Race at the Tower!!

The Race will start at the Athletic Center (-4 floor) and will go up to the 24th floor. You can join the runners' category or the walkers' category depending on your preference. 

We will give one race number with an incorporated chip to track your times, and a special edition T-shirt to each participant.

After the race, there will be a prize ceremony and many more surprises!  1st place winners in all categories will win a Smartwatch valued at 250 euros.

11:45 to 12:00 - Warm-up
12:00 to 12:15 - Start of the race for group of runners
12:15 to 12:20 - Start of the race for group of walkers
13:00 - End of the race
13:00 to 13:30 -  Award Celebration, DJ and refreshments
