As we approach the summer solstice, we invite you to join us in a special yoga practice open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this is a unique opportunity to connect with yourself, with others, and with the rhythm of the season through breath and movement.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year — a moment of transition, light, and vitality. Across cultures and generations, it’s been a time for celebration, intention-setting, and inner alignment. In yoga, it symbolizes the journey from darkness into light — a perfect opportunity to channel the sun’s energy and celebrate International Yoga Day.
🌞 Why 108 Sun Salutations?
• It’s a moving meditation — helping us center the mind and energize the body
• It honors solar energy and the cycles of nature
• It cultivates strength, flexibility, stamina, and presence
• And most importantly, it brings us together as a community
🧘 All levels are welcome — come as you are, move at your own pace, and take breaks whenever needed.
✨ Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat and an open heart.
Let’s flow together and welcome the summer with intention, breath, and movement.
Speakers

Cécile Ricard
Cecile is a French yogi who started her practice more than 10 years ago. She is a teacher who trained in India and the United States in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power yoga, Yin and Yoga for pregnant women. Her classes are comprehensive, dynamic and creative, focusing on the breath that runs like a unifying thread throughout the class to purify, cleanse and balance the energy centers of the subtle body.
Cecile invites us to cultivate the presence on the mat to be able to connect with oneself on a daily basis at the deepest level, creating space in the body and mind. Learning to flow through yoga is learning to flow with Life.
