In this workshop we will look at how self-compassion can help us increase our motivation, resilience and overall wellbeing, and help us thrive as we access our boundless potential. As we develop self-compassion we can also apply compassion to others to inspire them to go beyond their self limitations as well. This session will include some theory and practical exercises to help you understand and apply self-compassion in your daily life.

This workshop will be conducted by Professor Victoria Fontana.
