Destress, sweat, have fun, and meet fellow students through energizing fitboxing classes! Brooklyn Fitboxing combines boxing choreography with functional training for a great 47 minute workout. No previous boxing experience needed - Brooklyn trainers will guide you through the movements throughout the class.
