Meditation and creativity could feel daunting and unreachable at first and for many. “They are not for me.” “I wish I were more creative”, ”I just can’t simply sit down in silence, my mind it too noisy.”
You don’t need to be a professional artist to be creative. Problem solving and innovation take a considerable part of professional and personal lives. No matter what they told you at childhood, you are creative and can improve brain plasticity.
Pausing and just breathing, as simple as they are, might sound too risky in our bustling lives. However, it is what brains need to declutter for new ideas.
In this session we will offer tips to overcome the usual obstacles. We will also explore how mindfulness meditation can support creative thinking:

  • opening the mind to new ideas, witching on divergent thinking
  • improving attention and opening up your senses
  • nurturing resilience, helping you sit with discomfort

Would you rewire your brain to enhance creativity and innovation? IE’s meditation challenge is a great opportunity to connect with your inner resources!
