Details

Join this week's mindfulness practice in IE Tower, open to students, faculty and staff. This is an invitation to take a mental break, regain balance, and learn how to use mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present moment and manage stress.

Schedule: 
There will be 2 sessions weekly happening on Tuesdays
  • 12:30pm - 1:00pm: IE Tower T-09.04B
  • 1:30pm - 2:00pm: IE Tower T-09.04B
