Details

Join this week's online mindfulness practice, open to students, faculty and staff. This is an invitation to take a mental break, regain balance, and learn how to use mindfulness to bring your attention back to the present moment and manage stress.

Schedule: 
There will be 2 sessions weekly happening online on Thursdays

Victoria Fontana is a longstanding adjunct professor at IE University, teaching authentic leadership and well-being courses with the IE Center for Health & Well-being, MIM and BBA, and a Harvard Business School Executive Coach.

Victoria has coached leaders at global organizations like Telefónica, BBVA, Salesforce, and Google, and at top universities including Yale, MIT, Princeton, and Harvard. Additionally, she has served as an Executive Coach in the Al Tamayyuz Executive Education program at IE. Her coaching focuses on empowering executives and managers to unlock their potential as conscious and authentic leaders, helping them grow beyond their unconscious limitations.

Holding an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches, she is also trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy, and teaches mindfulness and compassion at IE and at the Mindfulness and Health Institute in Boston. Victoria is also the co-founder and coordinator of the first Spanish-speaking International Mindfulness Day Online Event.
