Join artist Alicia Framis and Carlos Urroz (Director of the Institutional Cabinet, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía) for a thought-provoking conversation in front of Framis’ art installation Leave Here Your Fears, located on the 16th floor of the IE Tower.
As part of IE Happiness Week, our guest speakers will discuss the inspiration behind the installation, conceived during the pandemic to address themes of loneliness, anger, and stress—emotions heightened by this period of uncertainty. Framis will share how Leave Here Your Fears has traveled to various locations, revealing the unique anxieties and doubts of different communities through her research.
Together, Framis and Urroz will explore the deep connection between art and happiness, reflecting on art’s fundamental role in emotional well-being and its power to shape collective experiences.
