Join us for a special guided visit to the Life’s Pleasures exhibit at the Thyssen Museum, an artistic journey through the joy, beauty, and simple moments that make life meaningful. Through stunning works of art, this exhibition invites us to reflect on happiness, leisure, and human connection—perfectly aligning with the spirit of Happiness Week.

Don’t miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in art, culture, and conversation as we explore how life’s pleasures are captured on canvas. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register!

Cécile Ricard's profile photo

Cécile Ricard

Cecile is a French yogi who started her practice more than 10 years ago. She is a teacher who trained in India and the United States in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power yoga, Yin and Yoga for pregnant women. Her classes are comprehensive, dynamic and creative, focusing on the breath that runs like a unifying thread throughout the class to purify, cleanse and balance the energy centers of the subtle body.

Cecile invites us to cultivate the presence on the mat to be able to connect with oneself on a daily basis at the deepest level, creating space in the body and mind. Learning to flow through yoga is learning to flow with Life.
