Dedicating enough time to socialize, study and keep the habits we want going can be very challenging. How often do you take time to consider what is most important for you and how to make the most of your time? This workshop will focus on designing your day to take action towards being your best!
The 2nd half of the workshop will consist of a facilitated discussion to support a personal plan and commitment of the participants.
