Daniel de la Serna is the professor behind the most popular course offered at the Center for Health, Well-Being & Happiness: "Nutrition for Optimal Brain Performance". In this workshop, we will understand the energy balance provided by food, the relationship between food and inflammation -and its impact- and the role of the microbiota. We will have a very practical orientation to help you make good decisions in regards to your eating habits.

The second half of the workshop will consist of a facilitated discussion to support personal plan and commitment of the participants!

This workshop is part of weekly series organized by the Center for Health, Well-Being & Happiness to provide you with skills to thrive amid the challenges of your academic journey.
