On the occasion of World Compassion Day (Nov 28), we have the privilege of welcoming Shane O'Connor, education lead at The Charter for Compassion, who will be stimulating us to challenge and adjust the way we look at pro-social values, skills and practices, like compassion, kindness and empathy, from showing weakness or vulnerability to demonstrating resilience and strength in order to navigate our challenging world in 2022.

During the session, Shane will also share some practical skills and tools coming from the current resiliency informed, and strength-based science, reinforced by indigenous and ancient wisdom and practices used successfully for millennia that can be brought into western practice and education to assist in navigating our current realities and challenges.
