Victoria Fontana

Victoria Fontana, M.A., ACC, is a multidisciplinary adjunct professor at IE University. She is a teacher with the IE Center for Health, Wellbeing & Happiness, the Language Center, HST and the Master in Management, teaching courses such as Kindness, Empathy and Compassion, Authentic Leadership, Mindfulness, Languages and Writing. Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT), Victoria teaches these and other contemplative courses in companies and privately. Victoria is also a Mindfulness and Conscious Leadership coach, ACC, working with executives, middle-management, professors and other professionals in companies such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Telefónica, as well as privately to develop mindfulness, empathy, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, resilience and communication skills. She holds a Master in Education from the University of Washington, a Certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science and is currently completing an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University in Wales. Her research is on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Programs. 

Victoria is a member of the International Coach Federation and, in addition to teaching and coaching, she has extensive studies in Fine Arts, having established herself professionally as an exhibiting artist (www.victoriafontanaart.com), and has worked as an interpreter & translator, having translated published books, articles and films; and as a diction coach for professional actors and singers.
