The Arab world is a rich and diverse region with a long history, deep cultural traditions, and a strong sense of hospitality. For many foreigners, traveling to an Arab country can be an exciting and eye-opening experience. However, understanding certain cultural values and social customs before visiting is essential to ensure respectful and meaningful interactions.
This workshop aims to introduce key aspects of Arab culture, including language, traditions, daily life, and social etiquette. Visitors should be aware of the importance of family, religion, modesty, and respectful communication in many Arab societies and small gestures—such as greeting people politely, dressing appropriately, and showing interest in local customs—can greatly enhance the travel experience.
