Join us for the second edition of our Pitstop Series with Carlos Soteras Escámez, a motorsports professional with a unique and dynamic career path.

Carlos started as a Research Data Analyst at McKinsey & Company before diving into motorsports. He spent four years at the FIA as a Circuit Safety Engineer, overseeing track safety and playing a key role in Formula 1’s return during the pandemic. He has also worked in championship management (GT Open, GT Cup, Euroformula Open) and helped grow 8000vueltas into one of Spain’s top motorsport event organizers. Now, he is a Motorsport Specialist at Red Bull Ring.
