IE Net Impact Club

The IE Net Impact Club is about Responsible Business. We are a member of the broader, international Net Impact organization that seeks to empower students and professionals to drive environmental and social impact through business. We envision IE as community of future leaders, committed to create a positive social impact, driven by their shared values. Our mission is to channel student energy towards social causes, provide specific, deeper education in social impact areas and foster a professional network for future leaders in social impact areas. 
The club serves as an intermediary for communication and collaboration between IE students, the school, its alumni and professionals interested and active in responsible business. We are part of the newly established IE Sustainability Committee.

The club focuses on topics such as: 

1) Corporate Sustainability and CSR
2) Social/Environmental Entrepreneurship
3) Sustainable Finance and Impact Investment 
4) Natural Resources, Water, Waste
5) Renewable Energy and Climate Change 

The club's activities include: Promoting dialogue around current social and environmental issues for business through communications campaigns, bringing in speakers and hosting events with the IE community; Presenting career opportunities, networking events, and MBA competitions.

Net Impact Club sponsors three annual events:
1) Net Impact Weekend- a weekend-long social entrepreneurship workshop,
2) Global Village - a celebration of cultural diversity among IE students, and
3) Social Responsibility Forum - an opportunity for interactive discussions between students and industry professionals about accelerating entrepreneurial approaches and innovative solutions to the worlds' most pressing social issues.
