Welcome to the 20th Edition of LGBT+@Work!

IE University proudly presents the 20th edition of LGBT+@Work, one of the leading LGBTIQ+ conferences in Europe and the longest-running of its kind since its launch in 2006. Two decades later, this flagship event continues to foster meaningful conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the business world.

Organized through the IE Out & Allies Club and REDI, LGBT+@Work brings together internationally recognized executives and thought leaders to explore emerging trends, share best practices, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Hosted in Madrid, Spain, the conference serves as a powerful platform to expand professional networks, drive inclusive business strategies, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

20 Years Out Loud is a tribute to the power of expression, resilience, and solidarity. It invites us to celebrate how being out, proud, and vocal has shaped a more inclusive world of work, while amplifying the voices that continue to lead us forward. This year’s event will empower participants to:
  • Celebrate authentic visibility and its impact on leadership and culture.
  • Share stories that inspire courage, allyship, and change.
  • Envision the next 20 years of bold, intersectional progress.

LGBT+@Work is more than a conference, it is a call to action. As we celebrate 20 years of impact, we honor the voices that paved the way and commit to shaping a future where authenticity fuels leadership, inclusion drives innovation, and every voice is heard—out loud!

Road to LGBT+@Work: Sex Ed, Health, and Positivity

🌈 Sex Ed, Health & Positivity 🌈

As part of the Road to LGBT@Work, join us on May 19 at 5:00 PM for a safe, open, and empowering conversation on inclusive sex education, sexual wellbeing, and positivity.

This session is designed to create space for the conversations many of us wish we had earlier: conversations about care, confidence, boundaries, health, identity, and how we can talk about sex and wellbeing with less shame and more openness.

We will be joined by Yone Zubiaurre from IE Counseling, together with a special guest speaker, Doctor Julieta Domingorena from Centro Medico Open House, who will help guide us through a thoughtful and supportive discussion around education, health, and positivity.

Expect an evening of learning, reflection, honest conversation, and community, with refreshments provided to keep the energy warm and welcoming. 🥂✨

Whether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally, curious to learn, or simply interested in creating safer and more informed spaces, you are welcome here.

Bring your friends, classmates, and allies. This event is open to all. 💛

Come curious. Leave empowered.
Join us on May 19 at 5:00 PM and be part of a conversation that helps us learn openly, care deeply, and celebrate confidently.

OUT & ALLIES PRESENT: Reset & Restore

Road to LGBT+@Work (20th Edition) – A Stretch and Sound Bath for Nervous System Balance

As we begin the Road to LGBT+@Work 20th Edition, Out & Allies invites you to Reset & Restore — a guided stretch and sound bath experience to welcome spring with intention, balance, and renewal.

Co-hosted in collaboration with the IE Well-Being Club, this session will be led by an IE student and certified yoga instructor. It is designed to gently regulate the nervous system, activate the vagus nerve, and release accumulated stress through mindful stretching and immersive sound. Through breath, movement, and vibration, we’ll create space to soften, reconnect, and ground ourselves as a community.

Spring represents renewal, growth, and fresh energy — and this first event in our Road to LGBT+@Work series offers a moment to reset from within before stepping into a season of bold conversations, leadership, and impact.

We warmly encourage and invite IE partners, faculty, and staff to join us for this shared experience of restoration and connection. This is an opportunity to come together across our community in a space rooted in care, presence, and inclusivity.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting, stretchy clothing. Bring a yoga mat and an eye cover or small towel for the sound bath portion.

Spots are limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Register now to reserve your place.

Come as you are. Leave centered, restored, and ready for what’s ahead.
